Full Package - No Set-Up Fee
This is where you will be represented by an agent for the sale of your property.
1. You supply us with the necessary information to market your property and we do all the rest! Please give a call at 541-521-7893 to make an appointment.
3. Your property will be put on the CJS Real Estate website and CJS Real Estate will set you up with a Residential specialist in your area; they will represent you as an agent in the sale. They will list your property under the terms they have within their own company and charge you the commissions that coincide with in their office structure . Plexseller.com, llc will not be held responsible for any agent business practices or advertisement performed by that agent.
7. All information supplied by the Seller to CJS Real Estate will be forwarded to the agent referred by CJS Real Estate so the agent can provide their own packet to perspective Buyers. In the event you do not list your property with the referred agent with in 30 days of set up fee you will automatically be reverted to the Economy Package and will automatically be billed once per month to the credit card account you provide until you notify CJS Real Estate to be taken off the Listing Page (see number 8 in the terms, privacy, policy, and disclaimer agreement).
